 Parent's Prayer:
Dear Heavenly Father,
Today we come to you to pray for those in authority as the Bible tells us to do. We pray for those in government to have great wisdom from you as they lead, and that they would have a fear of the Lord in all they do. We pray for our school officials and ask that they would understand your passion for children. We ask that all those in authority would do justly, would love mercy, and would walk humbly with you (Micah 6:8). We pray that in the midst of the many issues they face on a daily basis, you would cause them to become increasingly mindful of those who suffer with special needs and of the struggling families who are affected. We ask that you would move in high levels so that those in authority would seek to help affected families in meaningful ways.
