MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORTS FOR YOU
We have many resources for our community on our recently updated Mental Health Supports webpage . Stop by and find topics like Checking In, Self Care Tips, Changes to Watch For, Managing Anxiety, Talking with Youth and Teens, and more. The page also features additional resources available in our community many of you may find useful. We hope you will stop by.
PRESCHOOL TUITION REIMBURSEMENT INFORMATION
Preschool families will be reimbursed for March tuition payments. If families paid ahead to the end of the year, the total amount will be reimbursed. Tuition will not be collected for the remainder of remote learning. All students will remain enrolled and continue to receive remote learning supports. Our team began processing these refunds March 23. Questions: email jeffcoearlylearning@jeffco.k12.co.us .
UPDATES FROM IT - Cybersecurity Precautions During Remote Learning
While many aspects of our daily lives have changed dramatically in the last couple weeks, at least one thing hasn’t changed: cyber criminals are still actively seeking to steal information and money online. There has been an increase in phishing, malware, and other scams during the COVID-19 situation. As a district adapting to remote learning and working, we are more vulnerable since we are accessing our email and learning/working applications from a lot of different places.

As we continue this journey, we ask that you be vigilant about watching for suspicious emails, pop ups, or other activity on your Jeffco-issued device. If you receive a suspicious email or see other concerning things while using Jeffco apps and systems, please report them to your student’s teacher immediately. The Jeffco IT Support Center and IT Security Team will work with school staff to remedy malicious activities before they spread and compromise our system. For more information about being safe online, visit this resource page .
