CLARIFICATION RE PRESCHOOL TUITION REIMBURSEMENT
The item below appeared in yesterday's (March 30) Daily Update. The information in this item does NOT apply to charter schools. Families using charter school preschool programs should check with their school on how they are managing this issue.
March 30 message: Preschool families will be reimbursed for March tuition payments. If families paid ahead to the end of the year, the total amount will be reimbursed. Tuition will not be collected for the remainder of remote learning.
FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS: SAT TESTING UPDATE
The scheduled April 14 state SAT testing day at high schools is cancelled since Colorado public schools are closed through at least April 17. State PSAT tests for 9th and 10th grades have also been cancelled.

The Colorado Department of Education (CDE) has not released official information on other options for state SAT testing this spring. However, CDE and College Board (the SAT vendor) will make a decision soon regarding potential options for a testing opportunity for current 11th graders.

Currently, the next national SAT testing day is scheduled for the first weekend of June. College Board will make a decision about whether they can safely hold that administration as soon as possible. Families interested in potentially having their student take the SAT on the June national testing day need to register and pay online through College Board . Students may be eligible for a fee waiver from College Board. Refer to this website for more information.

We will share additional information about the Colorado state administration of SAT and PSAT as it is communicated by CDE.
