Are you struggling with your health. Have you lost something or someone that is dear to you. Has your loss of health caused you to become a recluse person or not able to do the things you like to do. Is the doctor’s report negative. Are you left with no hope? Does all seem lost?
Well, I have good news for you. You are a Son of God, He loves you!! He will do anything that you ask. 2 Peter 1:4: He has made you precious and magnificent promises that you can become a partaker of His divine nature. 3 John 2 says: beloved, above all else I want you to prosper and be in health even as your soul prospers. In other words, this is His goal for you while you are on the earth. As your mind, will and emotions [soul] gets lined up with what God is doing and saying, the restoration process begins to work, and it will continue until all [prosperity and health] is restored to you.
This man’s hand withered to nothing. Is that a creative miracle that Jesus performed? Is Jesus any different today? Maybe you won’t get the same person back, but someone seven-fold better. Maybe that piece of land won’t be the same, but you will receive seven times better. Maybe that stock won’t be the same, but you will get one seven times more valuable.
I know this is nearly too good to be true news, but this is the same person that made the sky look that incredible blue; the amazingly warm sunshine bright; the awesome stars twinkle. Remember, it is not you doing the restoration, it is God. Do you really think that this man believed that Jesus could do it? He had to believe something because he held out his hand.
What is interesting was they were operating in the Old Covenant. I did not get myself born again, neither can I fix a health issue in my life. We simply believe. This man had never seen a withered hand healed before. He just knew that this Jesus could help. I am in the ‘Body of Christ’, there is no sickness, disease, mental destruction, or any abnormality in Christ’s Body and there will be none of these in my body. I am restored as the scripture says: Let it be done to me according to Your Word.
