8:00 am – VIP Registration and Load-in 

8:30 am - Registration and Load-in 

9:50 am - All booths must be completely set up 

10:00 am - Vendor Market opens 

4:00 pm - Show Ends/Strike and Load Out 


FAQs 

Will Electricity be provided? Electricity is not available as this is an outdoor event. However, you are welcome to bring a generator. 

Will you need to provide tables/chairs? Yes, you are required to provide your tables and chairs. In addition, vendors should have a pop-up tent for their set up which must be weighted down at all times. Vendor will be asked to leave and will not receive a credit or refund if weights are not properly attached to tents. If you do not already have them you can purchase them at Walmart, Amazon, Lowes…etc see top of page for what they look like and how they should be set up.

VENDOR REGISTRATION: At check-in, the on-site Event Coordinator will direct you to the location area of the event and to the spot you are assigned to. Please note the property determines where the event areas are located.  

VENDOR BOOTH: You are required to provide your tables and chairs. All vendors are required to have a 90 x 132 table cover for each table. Please make sure the table cover is cloth and floor-length. A fitted table cover can also be used.  

TENT WEIGHTS: Tent weights are required and that is non-negotiable. Vendor will be asked to leave and will not receive a credit or refund if weights are not properly attached to tents. If you do not already have them you can purchase them at Walmart, Amazon, Lowes…etc

BOOTH PLACEMENT: This is an OUTDOOR market which will be held in the parking lot. Each vendor will receive one parking spot for their setup. All vendor fixtures including tables, chairs, and pop-up tents must stay within the vendor's allotted space. All tents must be weighted down. Upon arrival, the onsite Event Coordinator will direct you to the designated event area at check-in on the day of the event. Please note, the property determines the designated areas for the market. This is subject to mall availability and spaces allocated for the event. Moreover, vendors are unable to request specific booth locations prior to the event. Check-in with the Event Coordinator for your spot.

TABLE COVERS: Vendors utilizing tables within their space are recommended to cover their tables with polyester table covers. A 90 x 132 table cover is recommended for each table. A fitted table cover can also be used. 

LOAD-IN: Vendors can access the Vendor Market to set up based on the registration and load-in times listed above.  

You are responsible for your own booth setup. After setting up your booth, please ensure that all boxes, storage containers, or excess inventory are hidden and out of site to shoppers. 

SET UPAll display fixtures must be contained within your allotted space. Please remember that all vendors must provide their own display fixtures. 

Please be respectful of your neighboring vendors. Also, please ensure your booth is approachable and aesthetically pleasing. All vendors MUST be completely set up and ready to go 10 minutes before the Vendor Market begins. If you are not set up by then, you will not be able to participate and you will forfeit your event registration fee. No refunds will be provided. 

WIFI: Most properties DO NOT have WIFI.

TEAR DOWN: All vendors should stay for the entire duration of the event. Vendors who leave early without communicating with us ahead of time will not be invited back to future events. If you sell out of your products during the Vendor Market, you are an exception to this and may leave once all items are sold. If you have other specific requests about timeframes, please email [email protected] directly. 

Upon completion of the event, please make sure to clean up and pack up your booth as quickly as possible.  

Please make sure to dispose of all trash and leave your area as clean as you found it. Vendor is responsible for their own trash. 

FOOD VENDOR GUIDELINES - Licenses or Permits: In the event that there are any licenses or permits required by and any governmental agency or authority with respect to the type of activity carried on and/or in use of the Space, the Tenant shall be responsible for obtaining such licenses, authorizations, and permits. No unlawful activities shall be permitted in the use of the Space, including but not limited to, the use of alcoholic beverages or gambling.  

PROMOTE, PROMOTE, PROMOTE: We want this event to be successful and as profitable as possible for all our vendors. Remember to share the event flyer with family, friends, and customers on your social media pages/websites. 

Have fun at your booth! Offer a giveaway or promotion to help attract shoppers. Be personable and interact with shoppers walking by your booth.  

FINAL NOTES: Remember to bring a change bag and have your payment processor set up. We highly recommended accepting credit cards. Square or PayPal are affordable and convenient options for small businesses to accept cards. 

Have a price sheet available or tag your products. Make sure you bring pens, paper, hangers, and any other supplies with you that you need for your booth as we will not be able to provide any of those items.

In the event you are unable to make the event, you must notify us no later than Wednesday, November 29nd, 2023, at 11:59 pm to be issued a credit for a future 2023 event. In the event you don't notify us by Wednesday, November 29nd, 2023, at 11:59 pm and don't show up to the event, we will consider you a no-show and your spot will be forfeited with no refund or credit.
