We are happy to announce that we have scheduled the next billboard campaign. On March 26th, our popular "GOP is the New Black" billboard will be displayed at the exit ramp of I-45 South and Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. On April 23rd, our "MLK was a Republican" billboard will be displayed directly on Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd.
We want to make a personal statement of gratitude to ALL those that donated to our latest billboard campaign, from not only Texas, but from across the country. Many of our donors throughout the nation have come to recognize the vital importance of our work here in Texas. The state is under attack and the demographic shifts in the population will make it more difficult in the future to keep the state "red". The bottom line is clear - if the conservative movement losses Texas, our ability to recapture the Executive Branch of America will be lost for a generation, or more.
So, "thank you", to each and every one of our financial supporters.
It has been a long and difficult wait. But it was the wisest course of action to make sure we leased billboards that would have the desired impact we are accustomed to. These billboard locations are in the heart of the south Dallas community of color. They will be erected in high-traffic areas. We are really pleased about the location on I-45 south that's going to draw attention in the bumper-to-bumper traffic heading home post work day.
Our next target will be San Antonio. And, we are considering going in a different direction. We are investigating using city BUSES to get the message out across the entire county.
We will also be building a new messaging campaign to fit the new city bus approach. So be on the lookout for that email. You can give us a boost toward that campaign by making a donation, today.
