We’re still smiling from the 5th Annual Acein’ It Golf & Pickleball Fundraiser, and it’s all thanks to the incredible participants, sponsors, and supporters who made this event a huge success! Your generosity helped raise funds that directly support the Dallas Tennis and Education Academy (DTEA) and its expanding adaptive programming.
Through your contributions, DTEA continues to provide year-round tennis instruction, academic enrichment, and life skills development for underserved youth across Dallas. Our adaptive programs make tennis accessible to individuals with physical, intellectual, and developmental challenges—creating spaces where everyone can thrive, compete, and belong.
Thank you for playing, giving, and making a difference in the lives of so many. Together, we’re serving up opportunities and building a more inclusive community through sport.

Congratulations to our Adult 40 & Over 3.0 Women – National Champions!
We’re incredibly proud to celebrate our Dallas 40 & Over 3.0 Women’s team, who brought home the title of USTA National Champions! Representing Texas with pride and determination, these ladies showcased outstanding teamwork, competitive spirit, and dedication throughout the season and at Nationals.
Led by Captains Abby Liechty and Leanne Moore, the team’s championship roster includes Hilary Baker, Allison Bowen, Katy Brown, Marianna Clement, Jenny Green, Cari Jackson, Lindsay Key, Sheri Law, Abby Liechty, Leanne Moore, Callie Nixon, Karen Rector, Alison Reinke, Rebecca Scott, Stacey Staples, Kelly Stone, Jamie Womack, and Angie Wood.
You’ve all made Dallas tennis proud, congratulations on an unforgettable season!

"When I grow up, I want to be a doctor because I like helping people when they’re sick and making them feel better. I used to cry when I’d lose matches, but tennis taught me to learn from my mistakes, work hard, and not get upset. When I’m not playing tennis, I like to draw or play my electric bass." - Joy

Adaptive Tennis
Adaptive tennis is thriving this fall! We offer one-hour classes, Monday through Thursday, for 30 weeks each year at several sites across Dallas. Our programs welcome players of all abilities, providing a fun, inclusive environment to learn, play, and grow.
We’re always looking for volunteers to help serve our community and make a difference in the lives of our players.

JTT Spring 2026 season will begin in March 2026!
Please be on the lookout for more information for an important Coach/ Captain’s meeting that will be held in January 2026 (exact date and location TBD). In this meeting you will meet and connect with other JTT Coach’s & Captains, learn how to form a JTT Team for Spring 2026, and all other in’s and out’s of JTT.
Only a few weeks remain in the JTT Fall season before Sectionals begin in December! Good luck to all our teams!
