We are so glad to have you and your dancer a part of our 2022-2023 Company Teams! We get such JOY out of seeing the passion & growth in our Company dancers throughout the year! This email contains lots of important information pertaining to the Summer & Dance Year. Please read below and don`t hesitate to reach out with any questions you may have!
Team Camp
  • Team Camp Payment is Due May 15th.

  • You do not need to register for team camp. You will see the charge posted to your account.

  • Refer to the Team Camp Dates on our Summer 2022 Calendar for your dancer`s camp.
Team Fitting
Tuesday, May 3rd at DC
5:00-7:00

  • Order everything your dancer needs for the upcoming year: Jackets, Practice Wear, Ballet Shoes, Tights, & Turners.

  • Fitting is not mandatory but highly recommended!

  • See order forms below. We have extra sheets at the front desk.
Required Summer Dance Hours
  • ALL Company Dancers are required to complete summer dance hours. Click the button below for your hour log sheet. We have extra sheets at the front desk

NEW THIS YEAR:

  • You MUST register online through your DC portal for all Summer Tues./Thurs. drop in classes!

  • Tumbling Drop-ins and Summer Camps do NOT count as summer dance hours with the exception of Technique Camp & Try It All Styles Camp.
Solos, Duets & Trios
  • If your dancer is interested in competing an Ensemble for the 2022-2023 Dance Season, please carefully read through the packet below.

  • Ensemble Registration opens May 2nd at 4:30PM at the front desk.
Tuition & Parent Portal
  • All accounts MUST have a credit or debit card on file via your parent portal. This does not mean you are on auto-draft.

  • Tuition must be paid online in your parent portal unless paying by cash or check at the front desk. Credit/Debit card transactions will acquire a 3% convenience fee for each transaction.

  • Tuition and fees for the month are due on the 1st of each month. There is a grace period until the 10th. If any tuition or fee is not paid by the 10th, your account balance will be charged to the card that you have on file, along with a $15 late fee.

  • You can sign up for AUTO-DRAFT through your parent portal online.

  • A $25 processing fee will be posted to your account should your credit/debit card be declined after the second attempt to run your card.
Company Discounts
In order to receive a company rate for Recreational Summer Camps and Fall/Spring classes, you must input the applicable promo code when checking out through your portal:

  • Recreational Fall 2022-Spring 2023 Classes: comp
  • Recreational Summer Camps: summer
