Thank you for taking some time to read this weeks email from The Ballroom. Here at The Ballroom we do what we LOVE and we LOVE what we do. John has never called what he does "work". He believes that if he does it will become that. Instead he call it "teaching." What John does in the office is work, dance is not. Bring on the FUN.
Tip: Do you want to be a better dancer? Practice within 24 hours of learning something new. The longer you wait the higher the possibility is that you will forget it. John learned this the hard way. As a leader he had to remember so much and if he waited to long he just repeated steps he could remember - 2 to be exact. His followers have been much happier since he practices regularly.
Our next social dance is on Friday April 7th. Elizabeth Barrett will host the evening with a lesson at 7:45 pm in American Rumba. Enjoy social dancing from 8:30-10:00 pm.
