To the Families of Dance for Kids and Brentwood Academy of Dance,
We communicated with everyone a few days ago to announce a plan to remain open for dance. As you all know this world is changing by the hour and since we last wrote, many changes have occurred. After much consideration, and speaking with many of you, we feel that temporarily closing the studio is the prudent thing to do. The safety of all our dancers, their families and our wonderful staff is the most important consideration when making this decision.
We will close for remainder of the month of March. We very much hope that conditions will allow us to reopen on April 1st. We will, of course continue to closely monitor the situation, and keep you updated with any changes. Our sincere hopes and prayers go out to everyone as we deal with this terrible virus that the entire world is battling.
We will, as stated in our last email, professionally clean and sanitize the studio this weekend and will continue to maintain a clean and sanitary environment at Dance for Kids in the hopes to be able to continue the Winter/Spring session on April 1st.
Also as we mentioned a few days ago, our make-up policy has been extended to allow make-ups for the next 6 months or thru the summer session which goes through August 23rd.
As we are in uncharted territory we can only react to conditions on the ground going forward. Please follow the CDC guidelines for the prevention of this virus.
We hope to see everyone back in the studio the week of April 1st.
