Daratumumab (Darzalex) is Now Listed
in Four Provinces
Daratumumab is now available in Alberta, Manitoba and
British Colombia, in addition to Quebec.
Alberta 

Daratumumab is now listed in combination with Revlimid (lenalidomide) and dexamethasone, or Velcade (bortezomib) and dexamethasone for the treatment of multiple myeloma patients with good performance status who have received at least one prior therapy. 
Manitoba

Daratumumab was added to the provincial formulary in Manitoba in early January 2019 for use in combination with either lenalidomide and dexamethasone, or with bortezomib and dexamethasone, for patients meeting the formulary criteria. 
British Colombia

T he Provincial Systemic Therapy Program has approved daratumumab in combination with either bortezomib and dexamethasone or lenalidomide and dexamethasone for multiple myeloma after failure of at least 1 line of prior therapy. Full details regarding eligibility are outlined in the protocols.
