Situated at one of Laikipia’s highest points, Ol Lentille consists of four luxurious villas which can host 16 guests (up to 23 with extra beds). Each villa is complemented by its own private staff, guide and safari vehicle. The lodge overlooks 40,000 exclusive acres of breathtaking African wilderness. With the land (and the lodge) owned by the local Maasai communities, guests enjoy unparalleled access to a deeply immersive cultural experience.

With the rains returning, wildlife is plentiful at Ol Lentille. Large herds of elephant roam the land, rare greater kudu, Grevy's zebra and gerenuk are regular visitors. And several prides of lion have settled, following the plains game.

But Ol Lentille is about so much more than the wildlife.

It is a different kind of safari lodge: wild, remote, authentic. Your clients will not meet another vehicle when they are on a game drive. They will be alone on top of Ol Lentille hill, Laikipia's highest point, and a Maasai sacred mountain, enjoying otherworldly views. On market day, they will likely be the only travelers, exchanging pleasantries with Maasai, Samburu, Turkana and Pokot. And on a wedding day, they will join in the celebrations with hundreds of Maasai and Samburu dressed in their finest.

We are not the easiest safari lodge to get to (but not that hard either - see Access Sheet). But for people who are looking for more than a regular safari, a stay at Ol Lentille creates truly unique and emotional experiences.
