Best Week Ever
Johnathan Saura and Kat Stano are definitely having the Best Week Ever with their seasonal opening of the Dari-B! It was definitely the talk around town! Vern Hendricks, first in line, said, "I think someone should make this Dari-B Day in Excelsior Springs!" We agree! Congratulations to all of Excelsior,

The Mayor's Prayer Breakfast is one of those annual events that you attend and then leave a better person. For the past two years we have been unable to have the breakfast due to the pandemic, but April 19th at the Elms Hotel Mayor Sharon Powell has invited us all to attend. Tickets are $10 and can be picked up at the City Manager's office, Excelsior Springs Chamber, Elms Hotel, or the mayor herself.
Word on the Street
Golf Tournaments are right around the corner, so get your teams together now! A couple of philanthropic tournaments include the Good Samaritan Center's on May 6th and the Health Care Foundation's on June 4th! Mark your calendars now!

Superior Well Office Razed as Part of City's Cleanup Efforts
The Superior Well Office at 610 Roosevelt Ave in Excelsior Springs was demolished this week as part of a planned cleanup of blighted properties.
