What unfolded at West River Tampa in December was far more than a holiday tradition—it was a defining moment for a growing community.
The West River Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony brought together more than 200 residents, families, partners, and neighbors for one of the first major events to unite the new West River Tampa community.
In less than 10 days, the DASH team fully produced, managed, and executed a vibrant, inclusive celebration—transforming West River Square into a warm and welcoming holiday destination filled with music, laughter, lights, and connection. Watch event recap.

This month we’re celebrating Ta'Bria, a powerhouse of creativity and heart on the Dash team! With her exceptional talent in videography and photography, Tabria has an incredible ability to capture the memorable moments and emotions behind every event we produce. Her eye for storytelling through visuals brings our work to life in a way that resonates long after the event ends.
But Tabria is much more than a visual creator — she’s a true team player who always sees the big picture. Whether she’s jumping in to support a teammate, adapting on the fly during high-pressure moments, or using every tool in her creative toolkit to get the best possible result, she consistently elevates our work and strengthens our culture.
