Q: One of our employees has recently left our organization. Is it necessary for us to inform you?



A: Yes, it's crucial that you inform the HMIS Team in the event that any staff that had HMIS access are no longer employed with your organization.  In addition, if your staff no longer require access to HMIS to complete their job duties, you are also required to notify the HMIS Team within 24 hours.

Exciting news! The HMIS Access Request Process has been revamped, representing a fresh approach to the HMIS New User Process! In response to the growing number of users, we've streamlined and accelerated the process. Check out our latest E-blast and webpage for detailed steps on requesting, upgrading, or transferring HMIS user access.

The annual Sheltered Point-in-Time (PIT) & the Housing Inventory Count (HIC) is still underway. The Sacramento Continuum of Care (CoC) and SSF will continue to review, verify, and validate data with providers throughout this month. Please continue to work with us when we contact you and thank you all for your tremendous support!

Join us in influencing updates to our HMIS by voting on a proposed new feature!



Our HMIS Team would like your help on voting for a system upgrade that would allow more flexibility in creating custom fields for you while reducing data fields your staff would need to complete in order to have your specific customizations. The feature update we would like you to vote on is the Agency Identifier Live Marker. If this feature is added, our team would be able to remove the new Agency field on program screens and still keep your customizations only visible to you and your team. So please help up get this new feature FASTER by voting. The more votes this receives the better!
