Q: I was reviewing my client list and I noticed that I have a client with a duplicate profile. How can we fix this issue?

A: Please email hmis@sacstepsforward.org and provide the unique identifiers (UIDs) for the client(s) in question and verify the correct information for each profile with the client. This helps maintain reliable data quality in our HMIS. Below is an example of what duplicative profiles can look like in the system.

Attention Program Leadership: This is a reminder to run your program's Annual Performance Report (APR) quarterly to ensure data accuracy and timeliness. This practice is especially crucial this due to the upcoming Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) competition. Keep an eye out for further details regarding the NOFO and review the job aid below for detailed directions on how to run the APR in HMIS.
