Dear Colleagues,
We are seeking members for the Housing and Homelessness Data Strategy Board (DSB). Currently we have five open slots: 2 provider slots, 1 CAN backbone slot, 1 ODFC slot, and 1 HMIS lead slot.
Please complete this form to apply for membership on the DSB. The information provided will help us assess your qualifications and alignment with the board’s mission.
The final date to submit applications is 4/30/25. After that point, the DSB will review applications and make final decisions.
