-What's happening:

• We have a new Activities Committee that is hard at work planning a few fun events for our HOA Members. Stay tuned for more info on what, where and when!
• The Annual Meeting, that will be held on Thursday, September 14th, will be at the Quality Inn here in town. The tentative time for the gathering is 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. It will include a happy hour and of course the ever-enticing annual meeting agenda!
• We are looking for someone who wants to maintain our entrance signage. It gets new signage every 2-3 months and if you know anyone who can help us in that way, please speak up!
• If you are someone who knows QuickBooks Online, we would like to have 1-3 of our members look over our finances, alongside Chairperson Peggy, for the previous fiscal year. The goal is to have that completed along with a statement on that "look-over" by the annual meeting in September. This task can start any time and it offers a new level of transparency to our members of the HOA.
