As we continue Counting the Omer between Passover and Pentecost, we pray that these Devotionals will instill a desire in you to study the scripture daily and in more detail. God's Holy Word is truly Divine and The Word will never cease to enliven you once you place your faith in it. One of the ways God's Holy Word invigorates us is through His orderliness and consistent thematic style. For today, day 12 of counting, we pause to consider the number 12. There are 12 tribes of Israel, 12 gates to the Kingdom of God, 12 legions of angels, 12 fruit from the Tree of Life and many other examples. Thus, throughout scripture, the number 12 indicates God's perfect government.
How is this applicable to us today? Strangely, in most modern Judeo-Christian based countries, we have embarked on a new journey of the so-called "neutral" public square. This is actually the realm of a godless society as Atheists are most obsessed with the "separation of Church and State." When there is no moral compass, the end result is anarchy.
There is a huge difference between a freedom-loving government not establishing a particular religious denomination and one that removes God's Moral Laws from the heart of our society. Somehow over the years, as secularists love to promote, separation of Church (God) and Government has been believed to be an actual hallowed concept to which we must all submit in our idol-replacement worship of mob-rule democracy.
Freedom of Religion in America was originally meant by our founding fathers to acknowledge that, while Christianity does not convert people physically at the point of a sword, we convert people spiritually at the point of The Sword (The Word of God). Therefore, as people who love liberty, we permit others to remain as a stranger in our land BUT...as the last verse in Leviticus Chapter 19 shows, we MUST continue to obey ALL of God's decrees!
You must treat the foreigner living among you as native-born and love him as yourself, for you were foreigners in the land of Egypt. I am the LORD your God. (verse 34).

With the repeal of each biblical restraint, such as the striking down of sodomy laws in 1999 by the Supreme Court and the sanctification of perverse "marriages," we find Christianity is now on the DEFENSIVE in formerly Christian-based nations.
Ancient texts suggest that it was under King Manasseh's reign that Isaiah was sawn in two. Interestingly, the name "Manasseh" means "ONE WHO FORGETS." Western Civilization is exactly like King Manasseh. We have become "one who forgets"...one who forgets that only where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is Liberty. (2 Corinthians 3:17)
Moral Neutrality is a FALSE BELIEF. We must be anchored on something, the Solid Rock of The Word, or be based on nothing but sinking sand! Thus, the "neutral public square" is not neutral at all. We are simply replacing the ONLY liberty-producing Moral Law of the Most High God with a mish-mash of demonic religions and man's faulty reasoning. It is deceptively believing that in SYNCRETISM, or mixing all beliefs together, we will have a solid foundation. Instead we will have quicksand.
The Truth is: The God of the Old/New Testament and solid, good government are inseparable. Let no man put them asunder. We cannot cut the Foundation of God's Laws from a good system of governing any more than we can remove the foundation of a building and expect it to remain standing.
As the old "Love and Marriage" song states...Biblical Morality and Government go together like a horse and carriage.
Let me tell you brother, you CAN'T have one without the other!
Stay tuned as we watch foolish mankind attempt to build another Tower of Babel. This demonic spirit of "neutral" syncretism is winding its way into compromised religions and Western Government all over the planet as the devil rages and organizes his minions for the coming World War. The Beast of Revelation will be the spiritual offspring of Humanistic Government and Syncretized Religion which has completely lost the plot of obeying God's commands. Truly a hideous monster. A perverse "marriage" one might say. Sadly, the theme for this false teaching will mostly be Satan's redefinition of the word "love." We already see him badly using this word in the LGBTQ+ perverse agenda with "Love is Love" as their motto. The Truth is: GOD is love. Love is following the commandments of the One True God. Everything else is hate and death.
Satan is busy picking off the "low hanging fruit"...the weakened Western societies that have attempted to expunge God's Holy Word from their public squares and their laws. We know that Christ and His Bride will eventually prevail, but in the meanwhile, we can expect war on earth and in the heavenlies as Satan rages.
Therefore, what God has joined together, let no man put asunder.
In God's spiritual mathematics there will be division on planet Earth, but for the Church....Get ready. It's time to...
