Dear Global Christian Warriors,
Join us on this 21 day repentance journey to study His Word on Judgments. The point is to repent now to be fully His, as His Judgment unfolds. God willing, we will also include each day a suggested issue to repent of. We hope to bless you, to edify you, to strengthen you with His Word, consistent with 2 Timothy 3:16-17: "All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work."
TODAY'S REPENTANCE REFLECTION:
Judgment Vial #4 ~ Too Close to the Son?
Many people believe that Satan is simply the opposite of Christ. The word "anti-Christ" means "opposed to Christ," so I guess it is easy to assume he would appear noticeably different. But that is not how Satan operates. He's more like a fun-house carnival mirror image...a slightly distorted COUNTERFEIT. He appears like the "real deal" and as an "angel of light." This is why many people will be duped by the coming anti-Christ, the man of lawlessness, because he doesn't come with a pitchfork, horns and a red suit. Foolish Christians, without oil in their lamps, are waiting for someone with vampire fangs and a 666 stamped on his forehead. Satan is the sly, crafty and subtle snake in the Garden. He even comes quoting scripture, but with a slight twist.
In the Exodus story, the 10 plagues sent by God were each uniquely specific to targeting the Egyptian demon-gods at that time. The "sun god" of the Egyptians was named Khepri. He was also considered to be the "god of creation." He is depicted with the head of a fly. In the 4th Egyptian plague, God sent the "swarm of the flies" to show WHO REALLY was the Master "Son-God" and the Lord of all creation.
And the Lord did so; and there came a grievous swarm of flies into the house of Pharaoh, and into his servants' houses, and into all the land of Egypt: the land was corrupted by reason of the swarm of flies.

Even the proud Pharisees tried labelling Jesus "Beelzebub" which means "Lord of the flies."
But when the Pharisees heard this, they said, “Only by Beelzebul, the prince of demons, does this man drive out demons.”

In a strange way, although they were trying to insult Him, He actually is "Lord of the flies!" He is Lord of EVERYTHING. Everything obeys His commands, even the flies.
There is a well known story in Greek mythology about Icarus. Icarus had wings made of wax and feathers so he could fly. There was one admonition: "DON'T FLY TO CLOSE TO THE SUN." We probably all know the end of the story. He forgot this warning, flew too high and the heat of the sun melted his wings. I think Jesus was alluding to the similar biblical analogy here:
And He said to them, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven.

Interestingly, the name Icarus means "follower." So, as Christians, we need to be aware that, while we surely want to "follow" Christ, we don't "follow" Him in the sense of REPLACEMENT or EQUALNESS to God. Jesus taught us the appropriate position while we are still here on Planet Earth in our "body of death:"

Today we come to Judgment Vial #4...
Vial Judgment #4:
And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire.

Let's look again at the "layering" affect and exponential intensity found in all of the 4th Seal/Trumpet/Vial Judgments:
Seal Judgment #4: Rider on the Pale Horse ~ DEATH (brings flies)
Trumpet Judgment #4: 1/3rd of Sun dimmed
Vial Judgment #4: Sun Burn/Solar Flare Up
Once again, we see a very interesting pattern. There's a good closeness to God and a bad attempt at closeness. One brings life, the other death. Moses was told "don't come any closer" and "take off your shoes." We approach God in humility or we will surely experience scorched earth!
“Do not come any closer,” God said. “Take off your sandals, for the place where you are standing is holy ground.”

Thus, during this Vial Judgment, we see God (just as in the Egyptian plagues), reasserting His Lordship over everything. Mankind is currently attempting to reconstruct another Tower of Babel. We are messing with DNA, fiddling around with "alternate realities" and "vain imaginings" and tinkling with transhumanism. In rapidly apostatizing religions, we are exalting man-power and woman-power. In essence, we are getting "too close to the Son" but in a bad way...soon to experience a "Solar Flare" from His nostrils. He alone is the God of Creation:
The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For in Him all things were created, things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities. All things were created through Him and for Him. He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.

IN HIM ALL THINGS HOLD TOGETHER. Needless to say, without Him, ALL THINGS FALL APART. Notice in today's judgment, just as in the 4th Exodus plague, they refused to REPENT and continued to BLASPHEME GOD. The sun can melt things or harden them. Like Pharaoh, through disobedience, hearts continued to be hardened.
And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory.

Can we be "creators" of a new or altered breed of humans? Can we sidle up to the Son on our own power? No, we cannot. We will get burned and have an epic fall. Let's remember our correct position. We must place...
Everything Under the Son.

Brothers and sisters in Christ: You and I were born for such a time as this. We are to minister to others during the serious shakings ahead, expected in all nations. Studying the 21 signs of Judgment, our faith is built up to preach to others to find Him NOW.
To do so, we need today to build up our spiritual strength through times of private repentance. We can also share times of fellowship, sharing testimonies of repentance to encourage us further.
The fear of God is not a terror that He is against us or will strike without cause or warning. Rather, the awe, the reverential fear of God, produces wise, healthy actions, as when the midwives feared God more than Pharaoh, and saved the male children, including Moses.
During these 21 days, as your doctor and the Lord may direct, you may also wish to fast as the Lord leads. Removing old sin strongholds spiritually may also act as a blessing to detox your body physically.
When you repented to come into His Kingdom, you became a vessel filled with His Holy Spirit. We are to fear, have an awesome respect for, the Living God, not fear of man, nor fear of death.
Join us in this spiritual journey to study His Word on Judgments and to repent to avoid Judgment.
You may want to ask "where did this surface in me?" Is it a generational curse? How does it show up in my character today? If you confess that sin pattern, the Lord will forgive you. You can then sincerely repent, replacing that stronghold with His Holy Word.
A key one is found in Matthew 28: 18: " And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, 'All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth."
No need for a theologian. The word "all" means ALL.
Revelation 1: 17-18 could not be more clear: "And when I saw Him, I fell at His feet as dead. But He laid His right hand on me, saying to me, 'Do not be afraid; I am the First and the Last. I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold I am alive forevermore. Amen. And I have the keys of Hades and of Death."

#5) BLACKNESS DESCENDS ON THE EARTH ~ people chew their tongues in agony but refuse to repent as their hearts are impenetrable.
#6) LIES, like boastful frogs, COME OUT OF THE MOUTHS OF SATAN, THE ANTICHRIST, THE FALSE PROPHET ~ accompanied by demonic "signs and wonders." The Battle of Armegeddon.
#7) FINAL DESTRUCTION OF EARTH BY GIANT HAILSTONES AND EARTHQUAKES ~ Cities collapse. No more mountains or islands.
