Rising Up Across America
Day 18: Act on your appreciation. Telling someone you appreciate them and showing how much you care can help them get through difficult times. Healthcare professionals are working around the clock to keep our communities healthy and safe. Check out this video of people across the country thanking and saluting medical professionals and people on the frontline.

Healthcare workers are showing up for us in so many different ways. From caring for the elderly, to treating sick people in hospitals, medical professionals are giving their all to our communities. While they show up for us, it's important that we also show up for them! Spreading gratitude and appreciation for healthcare workers shows them that their community has their back. We're all in this together.

Please note: This segment was recorded before strict social distancing rules were in place. Please show your appreciation from home, avoid groups, and wear masks and gloves when leaving the house!
