For this Global Sadhana, we are practicing the meditation "Oneness of Heart" using the mantra Ra Ma Da Sa from Ajeet's new album Haseya.

This mantra taps into the energies of the sun, moon, earth, and the Infinite Spirit to bring deep healing.  It can be chanted to heal the self or to send healing energy to anyone you wish. 

Day 25: Oneness of Heart
 
With every day I feel this meditation deepen. We all become more connected, or more aware of the connection that was already there. I feel the ripples of each of your prayers and feel your voices with mine as we chant. Today let's vibrate every sound with a deep intention of healing. Let your voice, your breath, your prana reset with the rhythms of the sun, the moon, the earth, the infinite nature of your being. Ra Ma Da Sa...
