WENDY UPTON - MIXXEDFIT & BEGINNER WEIGHTLIFTING

Shanna uses a supportive, knowledgeable approach and a strong sense of community that brings people of all ages together in a welcoming, motivating environment. These classes have improved my health, strength, and overall enjoyment of fitness.
