St. Francis DeSales High School shapes young men to be moral, ethical and responsible leaders by providing a personal, comprehensive, Catholic education based on the pillars of Faith, Brotherhood, and Tradition
A Message from the Principal
Dear Parents,

"Great occasions for serving God come seldom, but little ones surround us daily." - St. Francis deSales

The year is off to a wonderful beginning and our culture has never been better! Small occasions for serving God truly surround our students and faculty daily - from helping with a locker to carrying books to lifting another up through our words and actions. Every action matters, every word we speak makes an impact and thus we challenge one another to make it positive and thus serve God.
Congratulations to all of our honorees today - a supportive home makes a world of difference for student success.
May your days be filled with blessings!

God Bless,

Anastasia Quirk, Ph.D.

The first sessions of DHS are centered around preparation for the school year and setting oneself up for success both as an individual and as a class in order to build a strong, positive culture for the school.

PBL Week / Mission Moment

It was an exciting week at DeSales High School with our first PBL Week under our belt!
PBL - Exploding cake to count calories, The Third Vatican Council, Cardinal Virtues clothing lines, medical cures, and so much more! That's PBL - students are engaged in learning through problem solving, interactive learning, and collaborative groups. With 80 minute blocks during the week, students can dive deeper into a subject matter and really manipulate their learning!

Mission Moment - Each PBL week, the students have a designated time to continue the mission of DeSales through shared prayer, brotherhood bonding, and faith development. This week the students focused on engaging in the mass through participating and understanding.

We will continue to have open gym three days a week for students in academic good standing (All A's,B's, and C's). Study hall will be offered to every student 4 days per week with one required session.
