Important Deadlines

September 19 — Exhibitor-Appointed Contractor (EAC) requests

September 19 — Advance shipments due to the warehouse

September 19 — Discounted exhibitor pricing ends

October 10 — Last day to ship to the advance warehouse

October 11 — Online Exhibitor badge registration ends

October 17 — Set-up begins

Exhibitor Service Kit – Deadline September 19

Order your services in advance to save time and money on show site. The discount deadline for many services is September 19.

You can access the Exhibitor Service Kit through the Exhibitor Resources site or the Exhibitor Dashboard.

Online Directory

The Clinical Congress Online Directory is THE resource used by potential and registered attendees to find and connect with exhibitors. Your directory listing automatically includes company contact information and your booth number.

Be sure to log in to your Exhibitor Dashboard, today and add your:

Company description
Exhibitor categories
Social media links
Logo or photo

You will need to log in with the contact email that received the booth confirmation letter. Then you will create a personalized password to access the Exhibitor Dashboard. Click here to create your Exhibitor Dashboard account and update your profile today.

Registration

Exhibitor registration is open. You receive 4 booth staff badges at no charge per 10x10. Any badges required over that can be purchased for $50 each. The deadline to register your booth staff is October 11. You can access Exhibitor Registration within your Exhibitor Portal.

Housing

Exhibitor housing is open. Exhibitors can now book their San Francisco hotel reservations at discounted nightly rates for Clinical Congress 2024 via onPeak – the only official hotel provider for the Clinical Congress. Click here to get started.

Important Reminder

onPeak is the only hotel provider endorsed by ACS Clinical Congress 2024. If you are contacted by NTA Travel or any other 3rd party Travel/Housing Company please ignore them as onPeak is our official provider. Entering into financial agreements with these companies can have costly consequences and are not protected by event management.
