Nomination Deadline Approaching
You've done the hard work, now get the reward.
Nominate your bungalow project or that of a neighbor or friend for our 14th Annual Richard H. Driehaus Foundation Bungalow Awards for a chance to win $1,000 in the following categories: Exterior Rehabilitation, Interior Rehabilitation, Interior Restoration, Small Project, Green Project, Landscape Design, and Window Restoration.

Remember, your project doesn’t have to be a full rehab or restoration. You can nominate one room or a small project in any of the categories! It could be added knee-wall storage, a clever radiator cover, a re-tiled entryway, or a new rain barrel...

All nominations are due by this coming Tuesday, October 30!
Bungalow Expansion Project Books
A few months ago, we released the Bungalow Expansion Project in response to our many members who stood along side us with our popular #StopThePop Campaign yet still needed guidance on how to add space instead of popping the top.
The easy to navigate architectural plans, digital renderings, and approximate cost breakdowns are still available for free digital download on our website , but now the printed book is up for purchase on our Etsy shop!
Help us #StopThePop and save our iconic Chicago bungalows!
