Endowment Fund
An endowment fund is a permanent, self-sustaining source of funding. Endowment assets are invested to produce current income and growth. Each year, all or a portion of the fund’s earnings are paid out to support the fund’s purpose. In this way, an endowment fund can grow and provide support for its designated purpose in perpetuity. Donations can be made directly through the Community Foundation for the Alleghenies or on their website by searching for YMCA.
