Deadline to Apply for Jewish Summer Camp Scholarships is Approaching
Jewish Federation of Arkansas is committed to ensuring a Jewish future in Arkansas, and we know that the Jewish summer camp experience is crucial in doing so.

We are pleased to partner with Jewish Children's Regional Service as well as with Congregation B'nai Israel (for Temple members) to provide scholarships to enable Jewish youth from anywhere in Arkansas to attend a Jewish camp (must be a non-profit camp under Jewish auspices).

Applications are due February 15th for full consideration.
How to Apply
All applicants must apply through Jewish Children's Regional Service (JCRS) at  https://jcrs.org/services/camp-scholarship-aid/.

Jewish Children's Regional Service notifies JFAR of all applications and award determinations. JFAR, in partnership with Congregation B'nai Israel (for Temple members), matches all JCRS awards.  The amount indicated on the award letter you receive from JCRS will reflect the JFAR/B'nai Israel match.
Application Questions or Assistance
JFAR's social worker Kelsey Dugger is available to assist with filling out applications. E-mail her at kelsey@jewisharkansas.org .

Thank you to all our partner organizations, Arkansas community Rabbis, and the Jewish camps themselves for helping to make sure we get all Arkansas Jewish youth who are interested to Jewish camp. We are all working together for the benefit of a Jewish future for our youth and our community.

Sincerely,

Marianne Tettlebaum
