3 Easy Ways to Keep Your Bill Lower this Summer
Our Energy Experts have some tips to share for staying cool and keeping your energy bills down this summer.

  1. Keep your windows, doors, curtains and blinds closed on hot days, then open them when it cools down to let breezes in.
  2. Dry your laundry on a clothesline instead of in the dryer.
  3. Turn off lights in unoccupied rooms.

Request a Free Home Energy Evaluation
Did you know we offer free home energy evaluations to customers who heat their homes with electricity?

These evaluations can help you identify opportunities to cut energy waste, which in turn helps keep your bills down.

Keep Drones Away from Power Lines
Please be careful when flying drones, and keep them away from power lines.

Getting too close could affect or disable your drone's signal. Landing on a power line could cause a power outage or damage your machine.

If you are operating a drone that contacts a power line, please call us immediately at (503) 397-1844. Do not try removing the drone yourself.
Please Call Us Before Adding Electric Load
If you plan on adding electric load to your home or business, please call us first.

This may include building a shop or greenhouse, adding a heat pump or electric vehicle charger, or adding other equipment.

Before you add load, please call our Engineering Department at (503) 397-0760 or send them an email.
