Deadlines: Budget Revisions and Allocation Amendments Due Soon
Data and Accountability budget revisions are due June 17 (in old MIS WebEx system). The only reason you would want to revise your data and accountability budget prior to final reporting in July and the close out in August is if your budget doesn’t match the one you submitted at the beginning of the grant or you have substantially changed your work plan.
Consortia need to complete the allocation amendment by June 30.

All members must certify the allocation amendment in NOVA by June 30. The timing of this is critical to having the state disburse 19-20 funds to fiscal-agent and direct-funded districts.
Last Chance: Call for Proposals for 2019 CAEP Summit Closes June 15
The deadline is just a few days away – submit a presentation proposal detailing your promising practice today!

Adult education practitioners want to hear from you. The sharing of promising practices was one of the main needs identified in the 2018-19 needs assessment.

Don’t let this opportunity slip away. Submit a proposal today to highlight the amazing strides your adult education program is making within the California Adult Education Program.
What's your governance structure?
Last week we sent out a short survey – it takes just a few minutes to complete – to find out how the state’s 71 adult education consortia are set up to govern.

If you haven't yet had a chance to complete it, you can do so now by clicking the button below. The survey closes June 14.
