Welcome, New Families!
With this week’s edition of the Deans’ Weekly, we welcome our incoming St. Mark’s families for 2021-2022 school year! For those of you seeing the Deans’ Weekly for the first time, welcome! In each issue, you will find news from the dean of students, dean of faculty, and dean of academics, as well as other campus news, alumni and advancement updates, important upcoming dates, athletics highlights, and more. Getting Ready for the School Year

As a reminder, our Getting Ready information is live! This site will direct you toward everything you need to know about getting ready for the 2021-2022 school year at St. Mark’s (you can also find it in the Offices & Resources section at the top of the St. Mark's homepage). There is a checklist and links to important information, including our Lion Card ID prepaid spending account, and much more!

Summer Reading
The required Summer Reading and Viewing has been released and can be found on our website here. This includes required texts for incoming III Formers and Advanced United States History students.

Laundry Services
St. Mark’s School will once again work with E&R Laundry to provide laundry services to all interested students to better meet our community’s needs.To view available services, select this linkLaundry machines are also available to students in each house. Machine charges can be made by both Lion cards and coins (quarters).

Roommate Survey
On June 18, the roommate survey was emailed to all new boarding students via SurveyGizmo. Please complete your survey by today, July 15.

Family Information Forms (FIF)
On July 14, the Family Information Form (FIF) was sent electronically to all parents. The email will be sent from Please be on the lookout for this. It contains important information and provides the School with all of the appropriate permission forms and contact information for your family. It is required that all families complete the FIF within two weeks once issued. If you have any trouble accessing this email or have any questions regarding the documents or related school policies please contact the Dean’s Office at

College Counseling
Throughout the summer, V and VI Form (11th and 12th grade) families will periodically receive emails from the College Counseling office.

  • Directory Photo Upload (New Students) - To upload your student's photo for our directory, select this link. Due Date: July 19

  • Health & Insurance Forms (New & Returning Students) - Health & Insurance form information can be found at this link. Due Date: ASAP

  • Roommate Survey (New Boarding Students) - The Roommate Survey was emailed on June 18 to all new boarding students via SurveyGizmo. Due Date: July 15.
