We appreciate everything you do both in the classroom, and outside of it, to care for and support the learning of our youngest children. Whether you were in person, virtual, or hybrid this year, you've made a huge difference. 

We appreciate your dedication and enthusiasm to make the important work of caregiving and teaching a well-compensated practice valued by our community. We look forward to working with you to create the power we need to make a positive change.
