Hello Friend
Thank you to those who attended our annual general meeting on Thursday April 15th. There were twenty members, two staff members and six board members present. The meeting was held on Zoom, and your newly elected board members are:

- Elaine Brewer-White, Retail Chair
- Jenny Hildebrand, Membership Chair
- Greg Kawczynski, Scholarship Chair
- Jo Ludwig, Exhibitions Chair
Our endless thanks go to Kaarina Talvila, our outgoing Board Chair, for her years of service and for guiding us through the many challenges that 2020 presented.
Special thanks, as well, to members who stayed after the meeting to share ideas and brainstorm ways to enrich our member community. We appreciate all suggestions and will be in touch regarding the implementation of your ideas as soon as possible. Our small-but-strong board now numbers five members , and we'd love your help and ideas on building the Co-op and guiding us into our fiftieth anniversary year.
Wendy will be phoning you individually to talk about the Co-op and how you can contribute to building a more successful store, an engaged community of artists, and an inspired vision for craft in BC. Questions she will pose:
- What three things do you like best about being a member of the Circle Craft Collective?
- What three things do you like least?
- What are three things you would like to see changed?
- Are you willing to serve the Co-op? If so, are you willing to take on a short-term task, or longer-term commitment to the Board?
