At the present time, paranoia and fear continues to dominate the country of the Philippines. According to our staff there, on December 1st the government will impose a vaccine mandate for all travel and business in our province. That means unless you’re “fully vaccinated”, you won’t be able to buy food at the market or in stores, and your travel will be severely limited. Of course, its all in the name of “public safety”, which is ridiculous, based upon multiple, independent and unbiased studies related to this whole virus & vaccine mess. Nonetheless, because most Filipinos don’t have access to the kind of information that would help them make educated decisions about these things, they just blindly trust their government and do whatever they’re told. Their innocence is being taken advantage of. We continue to pray against all forms of fear – quarantines, lockdowns, vaccine mandates and so forth. We ask you to join us in this great fight of faith. Our staff in the Philippines is actively standing in faith against all forms of tyranny, which is what these restrictions amount to. |

Now on to the good news! In certain parts of the country, our Filipino pastors and outreach teams have much more freedom to move about and share Jesus with the people. On the island of Cebu, our teams there are very active with crusade outreach. House crusades are being conducted, and workers are being assigned afterwards to start discipleship training. In this issue of COLD WATER, we highlight our Cebu crusade on October 29th, in the village of Mangalho, in the town of Carmen. This was their praise report sent to us: TOTAL ATTENDANCE: Adults: 39. Kids: 12. TOTAL SALVATIONS: Adults: 19. Kids: 12. TOTAL HEALINGS: 18.

We don’t do any advance advertising, because that gives the devil time to organize religious and medical resistance. We show up same day, and with our hit-and-run approach, eliminate any civic efforts to prevent us from reaching out. This was the mini truck our team used for that purpose. |

Singing and praising God is always what we do first. This opens the hearts of the people and helps alleviate any fears or hesitation on their part to listen to the gospel message. |
|
And this is the result in every crusade we conduct. Most, if not all, of those attending raise their hands and receive Jesus as Lord and Savior. 99% of them are Roman Catholic, so I know (I was a dedicated Roman Catholic myself) they’ve never been told they must be born-again by simple faith. Religion isn’t the answer, and that’s what we tell people. Simple message. Simple invitation. Wonderful results! |

In the Philippines:
Tax Attack. I’m happy to report we’ve reached a settlement with the city over this tax attack. We’ve agreed to pay them an amount that is far less than what they originally demanded from us, and they’ve agreed that once this settlement amount is paid in full, we’ll forever be classified as tax-exempt. The settled amount is P160,000, which in US dollars is $3,333. Agree with us for this amount to come in quickly, so we can pay this and move on. Updates on this issue will be forthcoming in future COLD WATER newsletters.
Road Expansion Project. Officials from the DPWH (Department of Works and Highways) have met with our compound leaders and are requesting lot and property titles to determine the amount of compensation we will receive when they destroy the entire front of our compound. Our own engineer has performed and submitted his cost estimate for proper reimbursement, totaling more than $333,333. Believe with us for either a complete termination of this project, or at least this amount of compensation to rebuild and modernize our facility, making it better than ever. Updates on this issue will be forthcoming in future COLD WATER newsletters.
Virus & Vaccine Issues. Agree with us that all COVID-19 hurdles are eliminated. That means all travel restrictions and quarantine requirements be lifted in all countries where we are assigned by God to go, especially the Philippines. It also means people who choose not to be vaccinated will be freely allowed to travel domestically and internationally without prohibitions of any kind.
Ministry Income. Agree with us for steady and sufficient monthly income to run the ministry and continue all avenues of outreach without interruption. We’re feeding on God’s faithfulness (Psalms 37:3).

In America:
Pray for God’s intervention to bring justice and judgment to the perpetrators of the ongoing international effort to sabotage and replace our system of government. These criminals must be identified, prosecuted and imprisoned. As a country founded on the principles of democracy, America as a country is doomed to destruction if Christians and conservatives are systematically censored, maligned, persecuted and threatened. This must stop, and only God can make that happen!
Pray that God will remove the gutless, spineless politicians that the devil has used in both political parties. We want strong, courageous, patriotic representatives at all levels of government, including the courts.
Pray for restoration of freedom of choice related to the vaccine issue. There is no need for mask or vaccine mandates. An objective study of the “data”, and the opinions of educated and qualified personnel in the medical field, confirms this. Pray for national spiritual repentance and revival. This alone can save America from itself, and from the ungodly, who are now actively working to silence the voice of Christianity in America.

Every Christian needs to protect their heart and mind in these perilous times. One primary way to do that is by allowing God’s peace to guard us. It’s a supernatural peace. The world didn’t give it to you, and the world can’t take it away. I wrote a book about this, and I encourage you to get hold of it. God’s peace is so deep and all-encompassing, it surpasses all understanding! You can't wrap your mind around it, but when you live in the light of it, you’ll know how powerful and precious it is. Never let the cares of this world rob you of God’s peace. No matter what you face today, face it in peace, knowing the God of the Universe lives in you, and if He be for you, nobody can be against you (Romans 8:31-39).
