COMMENTARY & ANALYSIS

To give you an idea of where the Siena Market is, at the moment, I have taken the 118 SOLD Properties, so far this year, and did a little math:

• The 32 Properties on the Golf Course Sold for an average $411 per square foot during the the first 10.5 months of 2024. (No change in value over last month)

• The Properties off of the golf course have Sold for an Average of $352 per square foot during the first 10.5 months of 2024. (That's a 9.4% decrease in value over last month.)

• Interesting that the on golf course properties stayed pretty flat over the past month, but the off golf course home went down an average of nearly 10% over the past month.

• Communities like Siena are in high demand right now due to low inventory that is driving up prices. What follows is a very stable real estate market. Congratulations on Your Investment.

These numbers were calculated by using the SOLD Price divided by Square Footage. It doesn't take into account property condition, location & upgrades.... These were just averages. So the Siena Market is continuing to be stable & increasing in value for both the golf course & off golf course properties.
