Greetings!

Much beloved by everyone, Betty White -- the ultimate Golden Girl -- was famous for her humorous and good-natured persona. A pioneer of early television, with a career spanning seven decades, she was noted for being one of the first women to work both in front and behind the camera.
But she is SO much more than that.

On Thursday, March 24, at 10 am, guest presenter Marisa Merrigan Robertazzi will discuss Betty White's life, humor, animal advocacy, and the 60-year career that made her one of America’s most cherished treasures. You'll hear a few things that will surprise you, and others that will further endear the Golden Girl to you.

This program is part of our celebration of Inspirational Women, in honor of Women's History Month. It will be presented online.

Registration is required; please click here to register. You will receive the Zoom link and password at 9:45 am on Thursday; please watch your email for this information.

If you have questions, or have problems logging on, please email Laura.

Two weeks ago, Mayor Bhalla announced a plan to build a new Municipal Complex at 15th and Adams Streets. According to the city, "The complex is envisioned to upgrade Hoboken’s police and fire headquarters and department of public works garage into one, centralized facility. The location could potentially house recreation facilities and an uptown branch of the Hoboken Public Library."

Now the City would like to get your opinion on the proposal: Please take a few moments to complete this public survey on the proposed Municipal Complex.
