Greetings!
Please join us Tuesday evening for a very important Community Listening Session focusing on the Uptown Library Branch, part of the proposed municipal center. It's vital that we hear your thoughts on the services and programming you expect in your new library branch.

We invite you to meet us on Zoom starting at 6 pm, April 5th. Learn why we need an uptown branch, review what the city is proposing, and look at what other communities have done with their newest library branches. This will be followed by a discussion and Q&A session.
Your voice is vital. As you are probably aware, Mayor Bhalla recently announced that this new branch of the Hoboken Public Library would be part of an uptown municipal center at 1501 Adams Street. We are pleased that the Mayor recognizes the need for a full-service uptown Library branch to support our growing community, but we need to hear from you. What do you want to see in a new uptown library branch?
The uptown Library branch would be a key part of this complex, and bring people together in a fully accessible, flexible, modern space for all-age events, classes, and community services. It would be a gathering place for connecting people, passions, and knowledge. And it would delight one and all with the sheer pleasure of browsing the stacks for one's next favorite read.
We look forward to seeing you Tuesday evening.
Regards,
Your friends at the Hoboken Public Library
