Our public works team continues to make progress cleaning up following the severe thunderstorm. Residents are reminded that the Montgomery Container Facility located at 12 Harlingen Rd. is open with extended hours through Sept. 19 and no appointment is required.

Curbside brush removal for trees and limbs under five feet in length is available by completing this online form. Trees damaged by the storm do not require a tree removal permit. For complete details, please visit the township website.

Montgomery Restaurant Week continues through Sunday, Sept. 14, with more than 15 locations participating. You are invited to explore our local treasures that are offering special menus and deals. For the complete list of participating restaurants and their offerings, visit ExploreMonty.com.

The storm last week is a good reminder that it is always the right time to make an emergency plan. The Red Cross is joining Montgomery Police and Health Departments on Tuesday, Sept. 16 to share helpful tips with you.
