Dear Toastmasters,
The Season to believe!
Donโt put your own development on a shelf for a later time. When we keep ourselves in learning mode, we remain poised and ready for the opportunities that come our way. Getting ahead in life isnโt magic, it's intention and steady effort, which means every one of us has the ability to reach our goals.
This month, I encourage you to write down the things you want to accomplish, both in the short term and the long term. Whatever your list holds, two things will always strengthen your progress: continuously becoming a better communicator and a stronger leader. Your membership in this club is a vital part of that journey. So continue to invest in your growth, especially if times are challenging.
As you move forward, youโll start to notice that when opportunities knock, it isnโt luck. Itโs the result of all the right steps you took, your preparation, your growth, and your commitment to becoming the best version of yourself.
Be open. Be positive. Believe in abundance. And trust in yourself and in others. This is the season to believe!
