CABE preparing to launch new series on racial equity...
In order to support students, teachers, parents, schools, districts, and communities grappling with the current events and challenges related to civil unrest, social justice and racial equity, CABE is developing a new series of webinars and resources.

The webinars will feature renowned teacher educator, researcher, writer, consultant, facilitator and speaker on anti-racist, inclusionary, and equitable education, Dr. Enid Lee. The series is slated to launch in January 2021.

 "Improving Education for Multilingual and English Learner Students: Research to Practice which presents current evidence-based pedagogy and practices in the areas of developing multilingualism, early education, assets-based environments, English language development, and the creation of systems that support the implementation of these practices. New! Launch of the World Languages Web Page: The Educator Excellence and Equity Division (EEED) has launched a comprehensive new World Languages web page. This new content area page provides the world languages community, including program administrators, teachers, and families, easy access to information and resources about world languages programs and practices. In ongoing response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the resulting adjustments made by schools and districts to the delivery of learning activities and instruction, this new web page highlights key distance learning resources from the CDE as well as from our state, national, and international partners in professional learning.
