This year our annual ""Mission Tree" is covered in ornaments that have  opportunities for everyone to support their favorite mission projects and         ministries....choose an ornament from the tree and put your name next to that ornament's number on the sign-up sheet.  What better way to share God's  blessings at this time of year than to set aside part of your Christmas giving budget to bless those in need
We will have the Blessing of the Caps during worship Sunday, December 4th.  You are invited  to make caps for cancer patients undergoing treatment.           Patterns are at the Heartline desk.  Remember to bring your caps to worship on Sunday, December 4th.  The caps will then be  delivered to the American Cancer Society for distribution.
We are still raising up the ministries of World Hunger and the Water Well program. Please consider supporting one or both of the efforts. We are helping our Synod raise $500,000 for this year's world hunger project and we are well on our way to collecting enough to dig Well No. 8 in Africa. Your support is appreciated.
Canned and non perishable food donations in December will be donated to Bread Partners. Please help by bringing your canned and non-perishable food items to the food table located in the narthex.

November reminded us to reflect on all that we are thankful for, and at the Day School, the list is long!  Our Family Feast, now a warm memory, found us together in one place hearing the sweet sounds of the kiddos singing and sharing a wonderful meal as Christ Lutheran family.  We are thankful for our Staff who prepared the children to sing, Board members who set a beautiful scene for our meal and for families who brought their favorite holiday dishes to share.
We look forward to blessings coming in December.  Watch for our float in the Downtown Lighted Christmas Parade on December 3 rd .  Thanks to Crystal Raley and our CLASS members for making this possible!  Santa will join us for breakfast on December 9 th , and everyone is welcome to stop by for a bite to eat. Bring your camera!  Our Staff will enjoy a holiday party on December 15 th , provided by CLASS parents.  We can't wait!  Finally, we are thankful to live in a country where we can openly celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  Our children and Staff will enjoy time to honor this special time of year with family and friends as the Day School closes for Christmas from December 23 rd through December 30 th

From all of us, to all of you, WE WISH YOU A MERRY CHRISTMAS!
