Voices for Change: An Evening with Our Allies December 5

This Thursday, you are invited to join us for a unique and unexpected opportunity to engage with two remarkable leaders who are dedicated to fostering dialogue and building bridges between Muslims and Jews. 

Imam Mohammad Tawhidi: Renowned as the Imam of Peace and a governing member of the Global Imams Council, Imam Tawhidi advocates for harmony and understanding among diverse communities.

Mr. Loay Al-Shareef: A Saudi-born resident of the UAE, Mr. Al-Shareef leverages his influential online platform to inspire peace and promote coexistence between Jews and Muslims.

Interfaith Holiday Concert

The Jewish Federation of Ottawa and CIJA invite the community to a concert of interfaith holiday music. Cantor Jason Green of KBI and Subdeacon Brian Butcher of the Ukrainian Greco-Catholic Church and his choir will bring a selection of music that highlights the music of the December holidays and promotes unity and peace between all people.

Her shows are a mix of observational comedy, witty storytelling, and sometimes even self-deprecating humour, which makes her performances both relatable and hilarious.
