OPAF & The First Clinics are pleased to announce the officers for 2019. Lesleigh Sisson, CFm, returns for her second term as OPAF President.
Lesleigh is President of O & P Insight, a consulting business for O & P practices. Under her first term as president, OPAF expanded our clinical outcome based education outreach with continuing education credits in over 40 states. OPAF First Stride, First Swim and First Things First all offer a full day experience with CEUs for therapists and clinicians.
Peggy Chenoweth will be the new OPAF Vice President. Peggy is the creator of
, an online blog, as well as co-founder of Amp’d, a podcast and resource center for the limb loss community. Her skills with social media will be part of her volunteer duties with OPAF.
Travis Young, CO assumes the role of OPAF Treasurer for 2019. Travis is currently serving as a Prosthetic Resident with his wife Jacy at Advanced Prosthetics in Fresno, CA. Additionally Travis has been working with a committee of OPAF Advisory Board Members to review sponsorship levels and fundraising opportunities and possibilities in the future.
