Annual Big Red Auction
March 25, 2023!

As the School Board starts to plan for this year's Big Red Auction, we'd like to ask school families if you have any connections to helpful resources for the live event. For example, a catering business for the food or liquor distributor for the bar and so on.

We are also looking for volunteers to ask for donations for the auction. It's easy and you can do it from home! :)

If you are a previous school volunteer and have not volunteered since before the pandemic, please email chris@stedparish.org directly to unlock your Virtus account.

If you are a new school volunteer, go to virtus.org and register as a new user linking your account to St. Edward School. New volunteers must submit two references to the school office that we will contact before your first volunteer opportunity.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Medical Requirements

The State of Illinois requires all students entering PK, Kindergarten, 2nd, and 6th grades to have the following medical exam forms completed and turned in to the school office.

Physical forms are due by September 15, 2022.

PK (both 3 and 4): Physical exam (due by September 15)

Kindergarten: Physical (due by September 15), dental*, and eye exams (due by October 15)

2nd Grade: Dental exam*

6th Grade: Physical (due by September 15) and dental exams*

*Dental exams must be dated November 15, 2022-May 15, 2023 and are due in the office by May 16, 2023.

All students playing competitive sports must have an updated sports physical on file in the school office. Sports physicals are valid for 395 days from the date of the exam. Incoming 6th graders do not need a separate sports physical due to the physical exam requirement.
