Volunteers Help Prepare for Client Holiday Party

Many thanks to Servbank for time spent volunteering with us on Sunday, creating blank canvases for clients to paint on at our annual client holiday party, and organizing in-kind donations. Their combined 80 hours of service will reach over 1,000 clients in the coming week!

Volunteers are incredibly and positively impactful on the spirits of clients and staff alike. To volunteer on your own or with a group, please contact Liz at [email protected]. Thank you!

UMOM New Day Center (UMOM) CEO, Jackson Fonder, and HSC CEO, Amy Schwabenlender, are joined by Mila Valle, CPO at UMOM, and Monique Lopez, COO at UMOM, to discuss how their organization is addressing the needs of the growing number of households with 5 and more family members on UMOM’s waitlist. In the segment, the panel also discusses a substantial grant that UMOM received, and how the funds will help UMOM’s clients immediately.
