A Message from the Principal of Academics:

Dear Carondelet Community,

As we approach the conclusion of the semester, I want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey we’ve shared this year. Together, we have supported and encouraged our students as they’ve explored new ideas, deepened their faith, and embraced their growth. With the holidays around the corner, it’s a fitting time to celebrate not just the accomplishments of the past but also the exciting opportunities that await.

Looking ahead, we are thrilled to share an expanded array of course offerings for the upcoming 2025-26 school year—many of which are made possible through our strong partnership with De La Salle. These new courses reflect our commitment to broadening our students’ horizons and equipping them for success in diverse fields. At Carondelet, we’re introducing:

  • Science Lab Assistant (semester or yearlong) – Support scientific research and experimentation through practical lab work and project management

Our partners at De La Salle will complement this growth with their own exciting additions, including:

Modern Language:

  • AP Spanish Literature and Culture (yearlong) – Analyze Spanish language literary works in their cultural and historical contexts

Religious Studies Senior Level:

  • Church History (semester) – Study the development and impact of the Christian Church from its origins to the present

These new opportunities reflect our shared commitment to empowering students with academic and creative excellence. We are stronger because of the collaboration and connection between our two schools, and we’re grateful to be able to offer such a wide array of choices for your students.

As we prepare to close this semester, may the peace and joy of the Advent season fill your hearts and homes. We are so grateful for the continued partnership of our Carondelet families and pray that your Christmas is a time of warmth, love, and abundant blessings.

Wishing you and your family a joyful and peaceful holiday season,

Tech Updates - Student iPads

All Carondelet-issued iPads will receive a message after finals on Thursday, December 19 to allow an iOS update. Please accept the message and prepare for your iPad to update to iOS 18.

For the update to happen your iPad will need to:

  • Have your iPad plugged into a power outlet and charging properly
  • Have at least 15 GB of free storage
  • You may need to enter your iPad passcode

If the automated update process is not successful, please make sure you start the update process manually by going to Settings > General > Software Update, and install the newest version allowed by the administrators.

All student iPads should be updated to iOS 18 (or greater) before returning to campus in January. Students need to update their iPads periodically to continue using them in classrooms efficiently. The updates will allow them to remain compatible with the software and applications they use which are updated automatically through our management system once a day.

**Please note there will be no student tech support during Christmas Break.**
