Exciting Updates to 2019 TAAA Convention schedule including
New Exhibit Hall Hours!
TAAA President Bart Roye and Convention Chair Logan Lane announced some important changes to the 2019 TAAA Convention and Exhibition schedule.

Agenda Changes:
The Welcome Reception will still be on Wednesday night, and it will held at the nearby Cadillac Bar. Jackie Gholson and his cooking team will be preparing full steak dinners for all attendees. Come early and stay late for this wonderful event, hosted by our longtime Sponsor Dow Dupont, now Corteva. The Welcome Reception will now include a full meal, not just a full bar!
The Exhibit Hall will be open on Thursday afternoon and Friday morning at our convention hotel, just as has been the case going back for many years.
Freeman will set up the Exhibit Hall booths on Wednesday late afternoon, and Exhibitor move-in will be on Thursday morning. The Exhibit Hall will be open on Thursday from 1:30 to 5:30 p.m. and then again on Friday morning from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m.
The TAAA Board had hoped to revise this schedule in 2019 to open the Exhibit Hall in conjunction with the Welcome Reception on Wednesday night. It turns out that the hotel is not able to accommodate this change in our format, and we sincerely apologize to anyone who is inconvenienced by the change back to the old format that we are announcing today.
The Annual Awards Banquet and Auction will be held on Thursday evening after the Exhibit Hall closes, in the Westin Hildago Room.
PAASS remains on Friday morning. See specific times below.
The hotel room block at The Westin Riverwalk is almost full on all nights and we expect exhibit booths and sponsorship opportunities to sell out within the next few days!
