THE SPIRIT OF GIVING
ST. PAUL LUTHERAN
and the
GIVING TREE

"As God's people, we are called to tend to the needs of our neighbors - those who are hungry, thirsty, naked, sick, in prison, or in need of welcome" Matthew 25:35

During this time of COVID these needs have only grown. Even though our in-person worship and ministries are on hold, there continues to be many expenses within our church. Also, there are many families, children, and seniors for whom these needs are very real. Can you help? If you are able to make a special Christmas donation, follow the link to make an online payment via or you may mail a check into the church, marking where you would like your gift to go to.

The pledge card included with the letter gives information on available methods of giving and how to pledge.

  • Click here for the giving letter
  • Click here for the online form

Completed pledge forms may be returned to the church office (dropped in the outside mailbox), mailed to church or you may fill out the online form. Thank you for prayerfully considering St. Paul Lutheran Church in your planned giving for 2021.

A Covid Children's
Christmas Program
December 20 - 9:00 am

Join us for a Covid Christmas story video. It was written, in part, by the SPLASH kids, read and sung by the Sunday school kids, and performed by the puppets.
Be sure to spread the word to everyone about the Bethlehem Drive-Through. We want the community to witness the miracle of Christmas.

CHURCH BUSINESS
Call Committee Update!

The Call Committee continues to meet. We had initial interviews with our candidates and will be inviting a couple back for second interviews in the beginning of January.

We ask that you continue to pray for the Committee and our candidates through this process. That the holy spirit move within each of us to help discern the right pastor to lead our congregation into the next chapter.
The Church Council and COVID Response Team want to let you know we continue to discuss when, and how, we can begin worshipping in the sanctuary again.

At this time, we do not feel it is safe for our congregation to meet in the sanctuary, even physically distanced. We will continue to review the local cases, the guidelines from the Synod office, the State and Local Guidelines, and the CDC guidelines.

Please be ensured, we, too, want to be in the building as soon as is safe. For now, continue to be safe, wear your masks and maintain physical distance from each other. Have a Merry Christmas.
We need YOU to SERVE on the CHURCH COUNCIL? If you are interested, please contact any member of the current council, the congregation would love to have YOU! YOU make a difference!
