Request Your Healthy Strides 2019 Calendar
For Healthy Strides in 2019, it's all about getting involved!
The Park Authority is seeking community members to lead the way for better health in Fairfax County with the launch of a new volunteer opportunity called Healthy Strides Ambassadors. We are also starting some walking groups, advocating in the medical community for Prescribing Parks (Park Rx), and reading our way to better health in Fairfax County Public Library branches with the Wellness Book Club.
The 2019 calendar has a space to record your number of steps and track your progress during the year. Recording your small, intentional actions will amount to big strides for a healthier life.
Click here to view a copy of the 2019 Healthy Strides calendar.
If you would like a complimentary calendar they are available at your local Fairfax County RECenter, public library and select community centers and senior centers. If you would like the Park Foundation to mail you a copy, please call 703 324-8582.
