Behavior Analyst Licensing Act Heads to Governor’s Desk
On Monday, December 16, 2019, the Behavior Analyst Licensing Act passed the New Jersey Senate and General Assembly. The bill now heads to Governor Murphy’s desk for his consideration.

If enacted into law, the legislation will, for the first time, require a license to practice behavior analysis in New Jersey and thus provide the needed protections for the vulnerable populations who they serve. Read more>>

One-to-One Support in the Classroom
In the classroom, some individuals with autism require personal assistance and continuous supervision to be safe and learn. In some instances, one-to-one support may be needed to achieve these goals.
